What are you feeding them? Are they old enough to fly? Try raw venison and squirrel if you can get your hands on it. Try feeding the one that won’t eat with a long pair of forceps that will be more like it’s momma is feeding it scraps of meat.

You need to take them to a wildlife rehabilitation center. You are not equipped to care for them. And it’s against the law for you to have them in your possession.

I don’t really know much about owls…but I am guessing that you will need to buy like chiken liver, frozen mice, and other meats, grind them into mush and feed them. Good luck.

take them to the nearest zoo they can take care of them better and they need to be tested you cant care for them they are not regular birds
