Open Question: Out of state positive newborn drug test regulation?
Okay, if I give birth in Oregon and they happen to do a drug screening on my healthy baby (so far it’s very healthy) and find a positive result for marijuana, will they call CPS? Further more, if i’m a resident of washington and giving birth out-of-state, will they call CPS in Oregon or Washington? Can out of state CPS take my child from me?
