Resolved Question: What kind of turtle is this?

I am going to try and put a picture of this turtle that I have now. Well, this turtle is my sister and she is about to have a baby so, I am taking care of it now. All she told me was that the turtle was a water turtle and that I should give it lettuce and put a small amount of water in the tank.
