Open Question: Interested in hand rearing a baby budgie or cockatiel in Adelaide, South Australia?

Hi, I’m really interested in hand rearing a baby budgie or cockatiel. I’m from Adelaide, South Australia, and there are no advertisements for breeders at the moment. Birds are my all time favourite animals, and I have cared for many in the past.
